Calorie Coach can send you optional text-message reminders and coaching notifications — meal-logging reminders, weekly progress summaries, and coaching check-ins that support the goals you set in the app.
How you opt in
- Open Notification Settings in the Calorie Coach app.
- Turn on "Text me reminders & check-ins."
- Enter your mobile number and verify it. No messages are sent until your number is verified.
The in-app opt-in: explicit toggle, phone verification, and full consent disclosure.
Program details
- Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per week, based on your notification preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Calorie Coach.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@mycaloriecoach.app. You can also turn off text messages any time in the app's Notification Settings.
